Your Quick Resource to Helpful Information!

If you purchased any course before The Creatives Classroom opened, you will still need to access your course the original way. I am not migrating students to The Creatives Classroom. Only if you purchase a Course here at The Creatives Classroom, then you will be able to access that course here. Please Note! If you are a student that accesses a course outside of this site, (such as over on my main website) You need to continue to access your course in the way that was provided at the time of your purchase.

When you purchase a course directly from The Creatives Classroom, you have the choice to create an account or login to your account. Note the only way you would have an account already is if you have purchased a course on The Creatives Classroom before. Any courses purchased from Roxanne's main site are not part of your account here. When you are logged into The Creatives Classroom, you can see the link to Your Account along the bottom of every page. There, on Your Account page, you can see all of your courses, direct links to them along with all of your purchases and account information.

If you cannot see your courses, and you are positive that you actually purchased them here at The Creatives Classroom, you need to check first if you are logged in. See the Login button in the top, right corner of every page. If it says Login, you are not Logged in. You must use the same email that you used when purchasing the course on The Creatives Classroom. Every purchase at The Creatives Classroom is tied to an email. To keep your courses together, ALWAYS use the same email when puchasing and be logged in before checking out in the Shop here at The Creatives Classroom. Remember, You will NOT see any courses purchased in any other way.
